Great Ideas By Post and Eshop Retail Group are trading names of Eshop Retail Limited, an established mail order company based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire in the UK.

We are proud of our service. We despatch most orders same day and keep customers informed by e-mail. We have a full warranty and returns policy.

Our automated stock control system ensures we only sell what's in stock. Everything we sell is held in stock by us and despatched by us. We pre-pack items when it's quiet, so when you buy, we only have to add the label. This means you receive items more quickly. We're committed to clearer descriptions. We write our own descriptions and take our own photos to give you a clearer idea of items before you buy. We are VAT registered and a VAT invoice is e-mailed to all customers automatically. To save wasting paper, we do not include paper invoices with items.
